Are you interested in exploring the world of STEM but don’t know where to begin?

Come spend a day with Capitol Tech! We offer a variety of fun and educational STEM-based events on select weekends that are designed to introduce curious learners to real-world tech concepts in a low-pressure environment. We want to give the next generation of cyber defenders, mission control experts, aviators, and other industry leaders a strong foundation for their educational and professional journey while showing just how fun a STEM job can be!

For our cybersecurity enthusiasts, we offer thrilling challenges such as virtual lock-picking, cyber laser-tag, cyber treasure hunt, capture-the-flag, and more to prepare you for a high-stakes career of protecting cyberspace. If you’re longing to take to the skies as a drone pilot or other aviation specialist, we have opportunities to participate in drone races and navigation lessons (yes, there are prizes!). We also have plenty of fun activities for students passionate about astronautical engineering, such as opportunities to build and launch your own rocket, and track real meteors and satellites in the new ALPHA Observatory.

These are just some of the great events hosted at Capitol Tech. No matter where you are in your educational or professional journey, we’re eager for you to come spend the day with us to experience the wonder and excitement that a career in STEM can bring!
